Tools
Beyond some of the well known productivity, coaching, and organization tools, here are a few we have utilized and find helpful:
PrinciplesYou—a personality assessment that is not overused, but is insightful. And it is free.
IDAK—a career coaching organization that can help you learn what you do best and where you might pivot.
Readwise—a service that collects your highlights from ebooks and articles and sends a small collection of them to you each day. We find it helpful for reminding us of ebooks we’ve read years ago that still apply to our life and work.
Obsidian—a free note-taking app that is tailored to the way you think. We use it as a great place to gather articles we’ve read, documents we’ve written, and books we’ve highlighted. A real time saver. Plus, the “graph view” is mesmerizing…
Organizational Culture Assessment—This brief assessment from Harvard Business Review measures your organization’s culture. It can spark some good insight and discussion. It goes with this article.
