In the Wings Coaching has one key ideas that stand behind it. That idea comes from the world of theatre, where we got our start. The “wings” are the areas just off stage, where performers wait before they step into the spotlight. As coaches, we want to be standing in the wings with you, encouraging you to go and shine in the career and the role that is uniquely yours.

On stage: What are the public areas of life and leadership you have? How can we help you manage those more strategically?

Offstage: When the spotlights fade, who are you? We can be confidential, supportive guides to help you navigate the inner life of your leadership.

In the wings: What is next for you? We are passionate about helping people discern their purpose and find ways to live fully into it.
